After being dismissed almost immediately by the banks it was recommended by a friend that we speak with the girls from Sterling Mortgage Services. We instantly felt reassured of our decision to use Sterling when we were greeted by the professional approach and high level of personalised customer service Danni and Sonnee delivered. We met with them in the comfort of our own lounge room at a time that suited us and openly discussed our options and the best way to approach the biggest purchase of our lives.</p>
<p>Sterling guided us through each step of the way and provided that extra bit of assurance as settlement date grew nearer. They were able to use their market leverage to access options we couldn’t have on our own and ensured the back and forth between the bank and ourselves was minimised.
